ISWSA2013 provides a global intellectual platform for top notch academics, practitioners, and industry professionals to actively interact and share their groundbreaking research achievements. ISWSA2013 is dedicated to promoting research and development and offers an inter-disciplinary intellectual platform for leading scientists, researchers, academics and industry professionals for discussing the wide range of issues that are raised by today's Computing and Engineering Technologies,
Authors are invited to submit papers that discuss
theoretical, empirical or experimental aspects (case studies, tools) on innovative web computing, cloud applications, and engineering technologies. Tutorials and workshops are solicited as well as panel proposals dealing with these topics. All submissions will be double blind and will refereed by at least three members of the Program Committee.

Papers must be written in English. An electronic version (PDF, or MS Word format) of the full

Manuscript must include a 200-word abstract and no more than 10 pages of double column text (include figures and references).
